Once there, review the guidelines, and then click the link to “Start Your Chat Session.” You will be required to enter the following: Your Name, Your Company ID, Your Company Name, and Your Question. Click "Start Chat". A technician will receive your request and answer your questions. Please be aware some network security software may block the pop-up chat window as IM/Messaging software. If you experience problems opening this window from the NSS Technical Services website, you may need to submit an exception request to your IT department.
