A service available where you can chat online with a qualified Mass Notification Technician through instant message. Chat is only accessible when a Mass Notification Technician is available.
- Mass Notification Technicians are available 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST Monday through Friday for "Chat". During our hours of operation, we may not be able to offer a "Chat" session if all of our representatives are chatting with other customers.
- Chat will be unavailable if all of our representatives are busy or it's outside our hours of operation.
- General Product questions.
- Basic “How do I?” or “What is?” and user education type questions.
- Chat is NOT intended for technical troubleshooting, nor should it be used as a substitute for formal product training.
- We do NOT provide any passwords or server connection information via chat.
