Chat FAQ's

General Information
    A service available where you can chat online with a qualified Mass Notification Technician through instant message. Chat is only accessible when a Mass Notification Technician is available.
    Mass Notification Technicians are available 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST Monday through Friday for "Chat". During our hours of operation, we may not be able to offer a "Chat" session if all of our representatives are chatting with other customers.
    Notes:
    • Chat will be unavailable if all of our representatives are busy or it's outside our hours of operation.
  1. General Product questions.
  2. Basic “How do I?” or “What is?” and user education type questions.
  3. Chat is NOT intended for technical troubleshooting, nor should it be used as a substitute for formal product training.
  4. We do NOT provide any passwords or server connection information via chat.
